Take the Challenge


The Sticky Note Challenge was designed to be simple, but effective. In a way, it almost sounds like a quick fix - too good to be true. But in reality, your brain is doing all the work - a simple sticky note is just reminding it where to go. The real "challenge" isn't writing a sticky note and putting it up - rather, it's the decision to set your mindset in a positive direction - every. single. day.

So, how exactly does it work?

Get a sticky note, something to write with, and somewhere to stick it. Now, write down a positive affirmation about yourself, or an attribute you want to have, and put it up. Make sure it's somewhere you'll see it every day - preferably pretty often. 

The rest is up to you!

It's your decision to look at that sticky note and reaffirm it as truth.

There's no length of time required to complete the challenge, and no limit of sticky notes you can put up. Though, the longer it's up, the more it will work for you, as it's simply more and more time you're taking to reset your mindset. Otherwise, this challenge is yours to mess with, build upon, or take it as it is.
